WhatsApp's disappearing message feature allows users to send one-time images and videos for single viewing purposes. When such images and videos are opened, they disappear from the chatbox and aren't saved for either users. In addition, users cannot take screenshots of such one-time images and videos.
Until now, this feature was only available on Android and iOS smartphones. But now, Meta-owned WhatsApp is rolling it to the desktop and Web versions of WhatsApp.

According to WhatsApp features tracker WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is rolling out the view once feature on the web. A screenshot shared in the report shows the "view once" option in the caption bar in the drawing editor on the WhatsApp for Windows platform.
