Suga's moving history is under scrutiny!?Biz Hankook's exclusive report reveals that Suga bid farewell to his luxurious UN Village villa in May 2024 to a new abode. The BTS rapper had shifted to the posh neighbourhood in 2021 after a hasty exit from his previous residence.
The report added that Suga was previously residing at Hannam Riverhill, a property he purchased in 2018 for a whopping ?3.40 billion KRW ($2.43 million USD). However, his three-year stay came to an abrupt end in 2021 due to alleged conflicts with his neighbours.
After moving out of Hannam Riverhill, Suga settled into the Park Hannam residence in UN Village on a long-term lease. He moved out in May 2024. According to the?Biz Hanbook?report, BIGHIT MUSIC, BTS' label, fully covered the whopping ?9.50 billion KRW (around $6.80 million USD) deposit.
For the unversed,?UN Village, an upscale residential area in Hannam-dong, Seoul,?known for its high-end real estate houses many K-celebrities, including BLACKPINK's Jennie, BIGBANG's T.O.P, and HYBE boss Bang Si Hyuk.
On August 6, Suga caught the eye of Seoul Police after he failed to get up following a fall in the Hannam neighbourhood of Yongsan district. He was intoxicated, with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.227 per cent, exceeding the 0.08 per cent threshold for license cancellation. He was taken to the police station, where he apologized for his actions and later shared a statement through BIGHIT MUSIC.
After battling intense scrutiny for two months, the case was closed in September after the AGUST D rapper was f sentenced to a 15 million won ($11,491) fine.?
