After leaving the audience at The Ellen Show mind-blown with his?blindfold piano act, Lydian Nadhaswaram comes in to the spotlight yet again.
This time the Chennai prodigy for winning a million dollars for his performance on the American reality show 'The World's Best'.
Lydian gave a splendid performance; he played two pianos at a time at lightening speed, again blindfolded!
"I want him to become like the Lang Lang for India," Mr Rahman told NDTV, referring to the Chinese pianist.?
"I have been playing the Piano for four years. I got inspiration from my sister, who plays the piano and my father, who plays keyboards. I'm happy that I won this prize," Lydian was quoted as saying.
Lydian was accompanied by his father, Varshan Satish a music director by profession.?
"It was really good performing in a huge international platform. I practised a lot for the competition," Lydian told NDTV.
The young prodigy made his debut on The Ellen Show. The video was shared by Ellen DeGeneres on Facebook, which features a segment from the show where Lydian performed Mozart's 'Turkish March' blindfolded.?
