The legal woes of Sean 'Diddy' Combs are far from over. The rapper has been hit with two additional lawsuits alleging sexual assault, filed by Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents over 120 alleged victims of the hip-hop mogul. The new pair of accusers, a woman who was just 18 at the time of the incident and a man from?Florida, have claimed that they were drugged before Diddy sexually assaulted them.?
The new series of allegations demonstrate a pattern that has also been observed in previous lawsuits filed against the now-disgraced rapper, who is currently awaiting trial?on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking.
Court documents obtained by TMZ reveal that the first lawsuit against the Finna Get Loose hitmaker was filed by a Maryland woman under the name Jane Doe, who claimed the rapper assaulted her outside a 2001 Halloween party in New York City. She was just 18 at the time of the purported incident, it added. According to Doe, a security guard working for Combs escorted her to a black limousine, where he was waiting with a group of six other security personnel.
Detailing the alleged sexual assault, Doe said that she was given a drink that made her dizzy before being forced to perform oral sex on Diddy and security personnel accompanying him. The rapper just didn't stop there, per Doe, who added the rapper verbally abused her and sprayed champagne on her before performing an intimate pose that was common in his white parties.
A Florida man, identified as John Doe, filed the second lawsuit alleging a disturbing encounter with Combs. John claimed he was invited to an exclusive after-party at the rapper's Miami residence, frequented by high-profile individuals. The timeline of the alleged incident was not made clear.?
The accuser alleged that one of Diddy's associates spiked his drink, causing him to fall into an unconscious state of mind. Upon regaining consciousness, he felt pain in his intimate parts and realised his clothes had also gone missing. As he didn't have the strength to pull himself up to fight back against the gruesome crime, he ended up spending the night in the same room where he was allegedly sexually assaulted. It wasn't until the next day that he was escorted back to the nightclub where he attended the party the night before.
Diddy's team has dismissed the fresh allegations like the previous ones. They have a pattern here as well. In addition, the rapper's attorneys also accused Buzbee of milking on the ongoing controversy against their client.
