Going to space is always a thrilling experience for humans. There are always new and mysterious findings that keep us curious about life out there.
Recently, an old video started to go viral on the internet once again. The clip shows what it's like for an astronaut to squeeze water out of a wet towel in space. The video features Chris Hadfield, a retired Canadian astronaut, doing this experiment on the International Space Station in 2013.?
In the video, the astronaut takes a towel and wrings it out well. Because there's no gravity in space, the water doesn't fall to the ground like it would on Earth. Instead, it turns into a weird gel-like shape. This short 30-second video has left people completely amazed.

After being reuploaded on Reddit, the video went viral in an instant. People on the internet wondered about various scenarios that could happen given how water reacts without?gravity in space.
One user wondered how astronauts at the ISS (International Space Station) would do laundry: ¡°Must be a pain to do laundry in space.¡± Another joked that while washing might be a pain, drying the clothes would be an easy task, ¡°Just hang it outside the station facing the sun. Will dry in no time.¡±

Some people who knew exceptionally little about how the ISS is engineered worried that the astronaut's little demonstration would mess with the machines set in space.
To clear out all doubts, many commenters came forward to remind these worry-wots that things do not work that way: ¡°It¡¯s funny how many people in this thread think that a single drop of water is going to take down a station that is perhaps humanity¡¯s greatest feat of engineering and has operated for decades.¡±
