The ongoing coronavirus lock down has tremendously increased the popularity of Zoom - a video-conferencing app?- which people are now using?to have work meetings. From people getting their pets to meetings to their children interrupting and walking in unannounced, the app is also giving rise to some happy and hilarious surprises. However, this particular incident of a Zoom meeting went beyond the conventional, and left people baffled and confused.
A Zoom user named Dan Crowd, managed to put up a video on Twitter, in which it looks like he is walking in on his own Zoom meeting. It almost looks like a clone or a twin has walked in during Crowd's meeting.
Crowd shared the fun video with the caption, 'Today I made a Zoom background of myself accidentally walking in on myself in a Zoom meeting'. Since being shared, the video has garnered over 400K likes, more than 75K retweets and 4 million views on Twitter. People joined in on the fun and shared their own version of 'walking in' on themselves during Zoom meetings.
Basically, the app allows you to upload your own background thanks to its virtual background feature. Crowd told Mashable,?"Honestly? I was bored. If I¡¯d known I could get this kind of engagement with five minutes of work, I wouldn¡¯t have tried so hard for the last 12 years."
Sounds like a good idea for my next meeting. Let us know in the comments if you've done something weird, crazy or fun during your meetings.
