Fans of the animated early 2000s movie Shrek can call the ogre's stumpy, remote hideaway home and book a stay, all thanks to AirBnB, starting on October 13, 2023. From October 27 to October 29, 2023.?Visitors can reserve an exclusive two-night stay and take a holiday in the mud- and moss-covered Shrek's Swamp, which is tucked away in the peaceful hills of the Scottish Highlands.?
Shrek's Swamp is independently owned and operated by Ardverikie Estate.
Shrek's Swamp is a stumpy, isolated, and cosy nest, a wonderful choice for an ogre seeking isolation.?The Scottish hills are the perfect place to enjoy crisp fall days and starry evenings while hibernating like an actual ogre would.?Two beds and one bathroom are included in the live-in tree stump.
The restrooms, sinks, and showers are off-site and about 20 metres from Shrek's Swamp.?There is no doubt that?Donkey?will make a wonderful host, even though there will be posters up outside warning people to "Danger," "Stay Out," and "Beware Ogre."?Guests will have the opportunity to stay up late, tell stories, and have breakfast with Donkey's waffles.

Beginning October 13 at 6 PM BST, Shrek's Swamp will be available for reservations on the Airbnb website.?However, there are a few straightforward guidelines that visitors must follow.
They must have an established track record on Airbnb and an active profile.?They must also be at least five years old and possess a government-issued ID. The person making the reservation is in charge of making their travel arrangements to and from Scotland.
From the earnings, Airbnb will give a one-time donation to HopScotch Children's Charity, which offers rejuvenating vacations to vulnerable and underprivileged kids.
