The latest advertisement by Dubai-based airlines Emirates will not only amuse you but will also frighten you a little.?
Emirates which is the?largest airline and the flag carrier of the United Arab Emirates shows a woman standing on top of the tallest building in the world - Burj Khalifa in Dubai.?
The 33-second promotional advertisement, which was released to celebrate the decision to allow quarantine-free travel between Britain and the United Arab Emirates was shot without a green screen or special effects. In the video, a woman dressed as a flight attendant is seen holding up a series of signs which showcase a message.
It reads: ¡°Moving the UAE to the UK amber list has made us feel on top of the world.¡±
And, yes, the flight attendant was actually on top of the world¡¯s tallest building. However, the flight attendant in question is actually a trained stunt artist ¨C Nicole Smith-Ludvik.?
Taking to Instagram, Nicole said it was ¡°one of the most amazing and exciting stunts I¡¯ve ever done¡±.¡°A big shout out to Emirates Airlines for your creative marketing idea,¡± she added. ¡°It was a pleasure being a part of the team.¡±The epic video was produced by TECS Event Services and Prime Productions AMG, with Choppershot, a Dubai-based film company, shooting the footage.
Nicole Smith-Ludvik is a ¡°world traveller, skydiver, yoga instructor, hiker and adventurer¡± as described on her Instagram bio.
The video had some mixed reactions. While some were amazed, some dissed the airlines for making a woman stand on Burj Khalifa without any safety equipment.?

Meanwhile, Emirates also shared a short clip that depicted how the ad was filmed ¡°on top of the world.¡± Emirates also clarified that the ad was filmed without any green screen or special effects with the behind-the-scenes video.?
On top of the world, Nicole had a reduced circumference space of only 1.2 metres to pull off the stunt.
