Recently, a TikToker recently documented what's it like to administer CPR on a frog. CPR stands for?Cardiopulmonary resuscitation. 'It is an emergency procedure that combines chest compressions often with artificial ventilation in an effort to manually preserve intact brain function until further measures are taken to restore spontaneous blood circulation and breathing in a person who is in cardiac arrest.'
The video on the Chinese app which is banned in India shows the user attempting to resuscitate the amphibian she found at the bottom of a swimming pool.

The TikToker, identified as Koala Karla, said she spotted the frog upside down in her pool and thought initially it was dead.
Frogs use their skin to absorb oxygen underwater. So, it is still confusing how this one ended up unconscious and upside down. According to Burke Museum, a frog can drown if its lungs get filled with water or if there is less oxygen in water.
When the TikTok user found the frog unconscious, she fished it out of the pool and laid it on its back before attempting to resuscitate it by administering CPR.
She started with the chest compressions but admitted she didn't really know what she was doing. Before doing all of that, she had propped up the amphibian's head with a stick.
After a few compressions, the frog's legs twitched and moved a bit. She moved it to a table and continued with the CPR. After a while, Karla left the frog on the table and said she will check on it later. However, when she returned, the frog had disappeared.
She said there could be two possible outcomes: One that the frog might have jumped and gone away. The second that the frog?may have become prey for a bird as feathers were laid out on the table.
A user left a comment saying, 'I'm glad you tried'.
