One of the biggest and oldest K-pop agencies in South Korea - SM Entertainment - is all set to celebrate it's 30th anniversary with large-scale concerts in Los Angeles and London called 'SMTOWN LIVE 2025 [The Culture, The Future]'. This highly anticipated event will take place in Los Angeles, California, on May 11, followed by a London show in the United Kingdom on June 28.
While fans were awaiting the lineup for the massive event, on February 14, the official lineup for the LA concert at Dignity Health Sports Park and the London concert, set for Allianz Stadium in Twickenham was unveiled. With a strong lineup of artists and shows planned in different countries, this tour is set to be a major event in K-pop.
Fans can look forward to performances from some of SM Entertainment's biggest stars, including TVXQ, Super Junior, SHINee's Key and Minho, EXO's Suho and Chanyeol, Red Velvet's Irene, Seulgi, and Joy, along with NCT Dream, WayV, aespa, RIIZE, and NCT WISH. Also joining the lineup are naevis, Hearts2Hearts, and SMTR25, promising a diverse showcase of talent.
However, for the 2nd show, they have only revealed a partial lineup. So far, the confirmed artists include EXO's Suho and Chanyeol, NCT Dream, WayV, RIIZE, and NCT WISH. Additional performers will be announced in the coming months.
Beyond Los Angeles and London, the event is reportedly expanding its reach with a concert in Mexico City on May 9. This stop will feature the same lineup as LA, with the exciting addition of NCT 127. Following this, the tour will continue to Tokyo for a two-day concert on August 9-10 at Tokyo Dome.?
