In today's competitive job market, having a good resume can make all the difference in securing an interview. One Reddit user recognised this and sought the help of ChatGPT, a language model trained on the GPT-3.5 architecture, to create an exceptional CV.
The user explained their situation on a Reddit thread, saying that they had been struggling to get any responses from the companies despite applying for many job openings. They asked for ChatGPT's help in crafting a standout CV that would grab the attention of potential companies.?
ChatGPT got to work and created a CV that highlighted the user's skills, qualifications, and experience in a clear and concise manner. The CV also included eye-catching design elements and formatting to make it visually appealing and easy to read.

Now, a Reddit user has claimed that he used ChatGPT to apply for jobs and produce a customised Curriculum Vitae (CV). He claims to have a ''very high interview invitation rate'' presently. He wrote in the post that he asked ChatGPT to develop a CV that ''stands out.''
The post has been shared on Reddit by?u/Neither_Tomorrow_238.?
The user wrote: 'I have been using chatGPT to apply for jobs. I give it my CV and the job description/person specification. I ask it to adapt my CV/experience into a personal specification tailored for that role. I ask it to provide outstanding answers to any question it asks, using my cv/experience to generate examples of how I have met the person's specification with examples using the STAR framework for each and every one.'
The post went on: 'I ask it to make the application amazing, make it stand out, and make the interviewer very impressed.
I have an extremely high response rate inviting me for interviews, this is for jobs that I would never have even considered myself at the level for at all. I half-heartedly go through a list of jobs and apply for them and get a response from a large amount asking me for an interview.
For the vast majority, I get feedback from interviews saying that my application was 'outstanding' and that 'we were extremely impressed with your application and the examples you have provided'. I always scoff when I read that.
Shame I am terrible at interviews! I am genuinely the worst at interviews, I get extremely anxious and flustered.'
Since its debut, the artificial intelligence platform has generated considerable interest, with experts predicting that it will eventually displace many human occupations. However, such examples demonstrate that when utilised correctly, ChatGPT can not only help us make our jobs easier but also help us find new employment or more work prospects.??
The post has been widely shared on social media, and many are ecstatic about the concept.
One user said, "Now, turn ChatGPT into [interviewer role for that specific industry] and have it do mock interviews for you before the real one."

Another person said, "That's the trick, and it'd be interesting to ask for feedback on the responses as if they were a hiring manager. So it's not only an interviewer who provides practice questions, but also a mentor. Practice with the chat and prepare answers to the most common inquiries in front of a mirror or on video. It will assist you in detecting minor flaws in your presentation."

One person mentioned, "I've heard there's an AI built specifically for interview preparation." It assesses your tone, body language, and word choice and provides feedback to help you better.
