Face masks have now become a part of the day-to-day outfit,?but they can be troublesome for those who wearglasses. Body heat and airflow lead to foggy lenses. So, what can you do about your fogged-up glasses?
When you¡¯re wearing a face mask, you repeatedly breathe outwarm air. This air then can sneak out of the top of your mask and steam up thelenses of your glasses. Of course, this can make it difficult to see.
A doctor shared a simple but genius hack to keep your glasses from fogging up. Daniel M Heiferman shared the bandaid mask solutionto the problem. All you have to do is place a bandaid half on your nose andhalf on the mask.
"If you¡¯re having a hard time with glasses fogging orkeeping your mask up over your nose, a simple bandaid does wonders. Learned it in the OR. Feel free to share, itmay save lives!" he said.
"Put the cotton part of the bandaid on the bridge ofyour nose with half of it on the mask and half on your face.? With the cotton on the bridge, I found mynose didn¡¯t get irritated after many days of use like other tapes would,"Heiferman explained.
He also shared a picture of himself demonstrating the hack.

The hack which has gone viral has received more than 1.66lakh likes. People were amazed and wondered why they didn't think of itbefore.
Another alternative is buying lenses with an anti-fogcoating. An anti-fog coating gives you a hassle-free answer to foggy lenses,regardless of whether the obstructed vision is triggered by a face mask orsomething else.
