During a nationwide lockdown, not everyone can manage to stock up on groceries and with India's poor population being one of the most affected people in the country, they are in dire need of help.?
Also, this is no time for any sort of discrimination and this video posted on Facebook is proof that when we are in need, only humanity can help us all. In the video, a couple of transgender women can be seen taking a cart full of daily essentials like rice and wheat in packages. They take the cart through the village and hand a package each, to the people living there.?
Along with the packages of food, they can be seen handing over money to the residents of the village. The person recording the video can be heard talking about the importance of staying inside and tells everyone to do the same.
The location of the video is unknown but the people in the video are speaking in Gujarati so our best guess is that it is a village in Gujarat. We can overhear the person warning people by saying, "Don't come out. It is very dangerous."
By the end of the video, a young girl is seen taking a package from the transgender women and the person recording the video tells her to pray everyday that the virus goes away and to tell her brother to do the same.?
During times like these, it becomes clear that humanity is the only thing that brings all of us together and that is the only way it should be, global crisis or not.
