Despite a decade-long career in higher education, Dr. Manzoor Hassan has been placed into this severe circumstance as a result of delayed salary payments. However, the father of two explained that his girls are ignorant that he sells dry fruits from a cart.?
Dr. Hassan, who has a PhD in Political Science, dual MAs in Political Science and Public Administration, two BEd degrees, and PG certificates in Computer Application and Disaster Management, discussed his difficulties in an interview.
He emphasized how many highly qualified individuals, including himself, are forced to sell food, juice, and other commodities from a cart to make ends meet.
