They say there are pros and cons of everything, but for some reason I cannot think of many cons of having a twin. If you have an identical twin you can fool others, share clothes, have a telepathic connection, and in case of one pair of identical twins, apparently, even share testicles!
Yes you read that right, and no they were not sharing the same pair of testicles¡ Well.?
A 36-year-old man was born without testicles. However, he has an identical twin and he received one testicle from his brother and got it transplanted?in a in a six-hour operation performed in Belgrade, Serbia, by an international team of surgeons.

The surgery was supposed to give the recipient more stable levels of the male hormone, testosterone, than injections usually provide. Dr Dicken Ko, a transplant surgeon and urology professor at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, who flew to Belgrade to help with the procedure, said that the procedure was supposed to ¡®make his genitals more natural and more comfortable, and to enable him to father children,¡¯ according to Independent.?
This is the third of its kind transplant operation. The first two were also for identical twins.?

The surgery for transplantation of testicles was performed at the University Children¡¯s Clinic in Tirsova, a section of Belgrade. The brothers are doing well and the recipient now has normal testosterone levels.
Because the patients are identical twins and have the same genetic makeup, there is no fear that the recipient¡¯s body might reject the transplant, so he does not even need take immune-suppressing drugs that most transplant patients need.
