Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation (MMRCL) has started the construction of two covid-19 care facilities in Dahisar and Borivali in western suburbs with a cumulative capacity of 1,250 beds.
One isolation facility with approximately 800 beds including 200 oxygenated beds will come to Dahisar check-naka.
Another 250 beds will come tp Kanderpada near Borivali RTO office with High Dependency Units (HDU) and ICUs with dialysis facilities.
Work is happening on a war footing with the project set to be completed in the next two weeks, claim reports.
