In the video shared by news agencyANI, the Chief Minister had arrived to inaugurate community houses in Mandepalli village in Rajanna Sircilla district on Sunday, July 4. However, when finally the time came to cut the ribbon, the scissors to cut it was not available.?
The 20-second video showed the chief minister, along with several people and reporters waiting as organisers went around, looking for a pair of scissors. After waiting for a while for the ribbon, a visibly irritated Chandrashekar Rao pulled off the ribbon with his hands and made way for everyone to enter the premises.
After the incident took place many people on the internet made fun of the mismanagement by the organizers. But there were also people who cracked up seeing how agitated the Chief Minister got. The reactions were hilarious.? ?
