Pakistani TikToker Video Leaked: Lollywood is currently dealing with back-to-back controversies involving influencers whose alleged private videos are claimed to have leaked online, one by one. The streak started with Minahil Malik who became a global trend after a video allegedly featured her with one of her TikToker colleagues in an intimate position.
This was followed by another TikToker named Imsha Rehman who found herself in a similar soup and immediately left social media to avoid any backlash. Now, a well-known TV host Mathira has become the centre of a similar controversy.
Who is Mathira?
Mathira Mohammad is a Pakistani model, television host, dancer, singer and actress. The 32-year-old was born in Harare, Zimbabwe and has been featured in several music videos and TV shows. She received her early education in Zimbabwe before moving to Pak with her family following the Zimbabwe unrest. Mathira was married to Punjabi singer Farran J Mirza from 2012 to 2018.
The diva has starred in several music videos including Jadugar, Desi Beat and Nachdi Kamal. Mathira has also hosted hit series like Love Indicator, The Insta Show with Mathira and Desi Rapper. She enjoys 2.6 million followers on Instagram and is quite a popular influencer in Pakistan.
How did Mathira react to her private video leak?
Denying the assumptions, Mathira took to her X handle and wrote, ¡°People are misusing my name and my photoshoot pictures and adding fake stuff in please have shame! Keep me out of this trashy nonsense.¡± While many of her fans showed her support, others accused her of trying to grab fame with this game.
