The alligator was being pulled from the Coconut Point Mall in Estero when the video was captured on camera, and the footage was posted by the Lee County Sheriff's Office on Facebook.
The agency reported that the gator was seen ambling behind the Five Below Store, and MyFWC?Florida?Fish and Wildlife then came to the site and freed the enormous reptile, according to the caption for the video.?
"Deputy Cevertus, Deputy Roedding, and Sergeant Toslluku were called to a 12-foot, 600-pound gator at Coconut Point Mall a short while ago! We got this huge gentleman to safety together with the help of our friends at MyFWC Florida Fish and Wildlife," the post's description said.?
