Chinese Woman Named 'Song' Throws Lavish Celebration To Mark Her Divorce

Who was the woman who celebrated being divorced in China?
A woman called Song, according to the South China Morning Post, went a step farther and celebrated the termination of her four-year marriage with her spouse.
When did she host the party?
In June, Song hosted a lavish party in Guangdong province, in southeastern China. She also shared pictures from the event on social media five months ago. This has revealed a new, more optimistic attitude regarding divorce. Not only Song, but many others in China are taking a similar path.
According to the portal, Song and her pals hoisted red banners proclaiming, "This s*** marriage ends here" and "Warm congratulations on our diva becoming single again."?
They celebrated by stepping over a fire basin and getting a pomelo leaf shower (Chinese bath ritual) for "cleansing." They also sang the song "Break Up Happily." Song, 34, also asked a photographer friend to document her divorce proceedings. This included the time she went to obtain her divorce certificate from her ex-husband.
How did she end up divorcing her husband?
Song claimed she discovered a message on her husband's phone in May that proved he was cheating on her. Song was distraught when she discovered this, but she soon recovered and chose to divorce him in order to begin a new life.?
Song claims that she did not have a wedding ceremony when she married. She described the divorce party as her "belated sense of ritual."?
