Stories about overnight millionaires are almost always satisfying to read. A labourer in Madhya Pradesh became a millionaire overnight too after he found three diamonds worth roughly between Rs 30 lakh and 35 lakh at a diamond mine in Panna district of the state.
The labourer has reportedly been identified as Subal. He was digging in a shallow mine when he unearthed the diamonds.?
Panna district's diamond officer R K Pandey said that the net weight of the diamonds was 7.5 carat, PTI reported.
Experts have estimated the value of the diamonds to be anywhere between Rs 30 lakh to Rs 35 lakh.
Subal deposited the stones at the district diamond office said Pandey and the diamonds will be auctioned as per government rules.?

The official said that there will be a 12% tax deduction then Subal will get the remaining 88 % of the sale proceeds.
