But for Olympian Katie Ledecky, swimming with a glass of milk balanced on her head is easy-peasy.?
Ms Ledecky posted a video of herself swimming the length of the pool with a glass of chocolate milk balanced on her head.?
She made it from one end of the pool to the other without upsetting the glass or even spilling a single drop, leaving viewers impressed.?
After reaching the end, she took a sip from the glass while resting against the wall.?She shared the clip with the caption, "Possibly one of the best swims of my career! What can you do without spilling a drop?"??
According to?USA Today, she explained on Instagram stories that it took incredible core strength to maintain her posture. "I was bracing my core so hard because I can't move. I have to stay still," she said.??

The video was posted to Ledecky's Instagram as part of the Got Milk? challenge, a TikTok-worthy revamp of a 1994 dairy campaign that calls for creators to show what they can do "without spilling a drop".

Katie Ledecky, 23,? has five Olympic gold medals under her belt. The American swimmer has also won 15 world championships - the most in history for a female swimmer.?
She juggles between her swimming career and study at Stanford. Out of the pool, she has been taking online courses to complete her undergraduate degree in psychology this fall.??

Ledecky, who won the 800m freestyle at the London 2012 Olympics and added victories in the 200m, 400m and 800m freestyle events as well as the 4x200m freestyle at the Rio 2016 Games, said she had been able to train during lockdown by using a recreational pool at a friend¡¯s house
She was originally planning to be at the Tokyo Olympics this week and undoubtedly adding to her medal collection until the Summer Games were postponed amid the coronavirus pandemic.
