More recently, an RPF jawan saved a man in the nick of the time when the latter decided to cross the tracks and jump onto the parallel platform.
In the video that¡¯s going viral, the man can be seen jumpingonto the tracks to get the other platform without being too worried about the approaching train. The RPF jawan who spotted him immediately jumped on thetracks while risking his own life then pushed the civilian up on?the platform before running away and finding a safe corner.
After the quick rescue, people started slamming the man for his careless stunt, some even said that he deserved to be punished for the act.?
As can be seen in the video, the moment the man jumps up on the platform is when the train stops at the platform. A second here and there and the result could've been devastating.
In the past, an RPF constable was lauded for his quick thinking after he saved a passengerstuck between the door and the platform of a moving train in Hyderabad. This dramatic rescue was caught on CCTV at Nampally railway station and soon went viral.
Soon after the video went viral, the Ministry of Railways cautioned people against getting in or out of a moving train and warned them about the risksinvolved.?
