In an uncommon occurrence from Bihar's Rajouli district, a guy who was bitten by a snake took revenge by biting it again, resulting in its death.?
Santosh Lohar, a labourer from Jharkhand, worked on the railway line project in Rajoul and was sleeping in his camp on Tuesday night when a venomous snake struck him.?
Instead of being terrified and panicked, an irate Santosh grabbed the snake with an iron rod and bit it three times, eventually killing it.When asked about his interaction with the snake, Santosh told India Today, "In my village, there's a belief that if a snake bites you, you must bite it back twice to neutralize the venom."

Soon after the event, railway personnel sent Santosh to a nearby hospital for treatment.As news of the incident spread, a crowd gathered at the hospital to see the man and learn more about his story.?
According to media reports, many locals believed that the snake was not deadly, and that his life was in grave danger.According to Dr. Satish Chandra, who is in charge of Santosh's treatment, he is currently healing and out of danger.
