Lok Sabha Election Phase 2: S Somanath, FM Sitharaman, Rahul Dravid Among Voters

The second phase of Lok Sabha elections is underway, spanning 88 constituencies across 13 states and Union Territories. Kerala, portions of Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh will see elections. A total of 206 candidates from 12 states and UTs, including 4 from Outer Manipur, are contesting. With over 16 lakh polling officials deployed across 1.67 lakh polling stations, approximately 15.88 crore voters, comprising 8.08 crore men, 7.8 crore women, and 5,929 third gender individuals, will cast their votes.
