The remaining 1.7 lakh shares from the total OFS of 47.69 lakh will be sold by the remaining 16 shareholders.

Objectives of the Offering

The company intends to utilize Rs 142.5 crore from the net proceeds to repay debt. Additionally, Rs 480 crore will be earmarked for long-term working capital requirements, and the remaining funds will be allocated for inorganic growth initiatives, including acquisitions and general corporate purposes.
