Mahendra Singh Dhoni had invested in Chennai-based drone startup Garuda Aerospace in March 2022. He was also roped in as the brand ambassador of the startup that has about 400 drones and 500 pilots.

Khatabook?
Khatabook and Dhoni announced their strategic partnership in March 2020. The cricket player is an investor and brand ambassador for the business. Khatabook provides utility solutions for the 6.3 crore MSME sector in the country. In less than a year, it reportedly accumulated 5 crore registered merchants in 12 languages, as per Mint report.
7InkBrews
In April of last year, the food and beverage company 7InkBrews recruited MS Dhoni to serve as their brand ambassador. During that time, Dhoni also acquired a shareholding in the startup.
A new line of chocolates and beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) under the brand Copter7 were introduced on April 6th of last year by 7InkBrews, which was founded by Mohit Bhagchandani and co-founded by Adil Mistry and Kunal Patel. The Copter7 brand was inspired by Dhoni's famous helicopter shot and his jersey number.?

In August of last year, the home interiors company announced a strategic partnership with the cricketer. Dhoni joined HomeLane as a brand ambassador and equity partner during the three-year partnership's inception. He was appointed as HomeLane's first brand ambassador, but again, no information about the investment was made public.
