The actress also underwent a caesarean delivery. Gauahar advises mothers to be the mother, listen to their bodies, and take it easy. It's acceptable to take a few months off, according to Gauahar. After two or three months, she suggests the mum to start doing modest exercise. The ideal practice, as she says, is yoga.
