First of all, press the tofu or jackfruit to remove extra water and cut them into small pieces.??

Then mix curd, olive oil, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, smoked paprika and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix everything well to marinate it.??

After this, add jackfruit or tofu pieces to the mixture and wrap it around the pieces. Keep them aside for some time so the tofu or jackfruit gets adequately marinated.??

After marinating, preheat the grill or oven on medium-high flame. Once the oven is hot, add the marinated tofu or jackfruit pieces to the skewer.??

If you cook mock chicken on the grill, cook it for 10-15 minutes and turn it occasionally. If you are cooking chicken in the oven, preheat the oven to 400¡ãF (200¡ãC) and bake for about 20-25 minutes while turning the skewers frequently.??

When the chicken is cooked, add 2 spoons of olive oil in a large pan and heat it on medium flame. Add chopped onion to it and cook until it turns golden brown.??

Then, add crushed garlic and grated ginger to the pan and fry it for 2 minutes. Later, add ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, garam masala, red capsicum and chilli powder and mix.??

Later, add crushed tomato, coconut milk, and salt as per taste and mix. Keep stirring the sauce occasionally and let it boil for 15-20 minutes. When the sauce is thoroughly cooked, add mock chicken and mix. Let it cook for the last 10 minutes. Then, serve it on a plate and garnish it with coriander leaves.??
