A bad sleep cycle is more common than you think. Before sleeping, lie-down in a comfortable manner. Now only with your nose breathe in for 4 seconds and then continue to exhale for 4 seconds.

Nervousness is a part of many big events in our life. Next time you feel stressed, place one hand on your chest and the other on your abdomen. Inhale and exhale through your nose and fill your diaphragm. Repeat it slowly for 5 times per minute for 10 minutes. It will relax you.?

Our body carries a lot of tension and this breathing technique would help ease you. Close your eyes and work for each muscle group in your body. Tense and relax for 3 seconds each. Deep and slow breaths are the key to success.?

Our jobs or studies bring a lot of pressure and stress. To not let it get to you, sit in a comfortable position. With your finger press one nostril and breathe deeply through the other. Release your finger and exhale through your nostril. Alternate it for 2 minutes.

Sit in a comfortable position. With the tip of your tongue pressed to the roof of your mouth, slightly open it and exhale until you¡¯re done. Close your ajar mouth and breathe in for 4 seconds. Hold it for 7 seconds and exhale it for 8 seconds.?

A popular yoga breathing exercise. You sit in an upright position. Hold that posture and inhale through your nose. Exhale strongly whilst contracting your lower belly. Try doing it for a total of 10 breaths.
