Maruti e Vitara electric SUV: The MD and CEO at Maruti Suzuki India, Hisashi Takeuchi, told PTI that they are planning to achieve a growth of 2 million to 4 million capacity and they are going to launch the e Vitara electric SUV, which was showcased as the eVX Concept car in the Auto Expo held in 2023.
Harrier EV: The carmaker is expected to launch its Harrier EV as well as the electric version of the Safari SUV next year.
JSW MG Motor EVs: JSW MG Motor will launch the Cyberster electric sports car in January. Among them, the Windsor EV is anticipated to be the best-selling electric car in India.
Creta EV: Apart from Maruti and Tata, Hyundai Motor is also gearing up to launch its Creta EV in India in January. Currently, Hyundai is already selling its electric cars, like the Ioniq 5, in India.
Mercedes Benz EQS SUV 450: In the luxury segment, Mercedes is planning to lead with its EV business. According to a PTI report, Santosh Iyer, MD and CEO at Mercedes-Benz India, said they are aiming to launch the EQS SUV 450 5-seater and the electric G-Class in 2025.
