5 Moments That Made Us Go "Wow" While Watching Aashram Chapter 2

If you are not living under a rock, then you know that Bobby Deol is back as Baba Nirala and this chapter might just be more exciting than the first one.

MX Player¡¯s Aashram returned with Chapter 2 and director Prakash Jha has taken the storyline up a notch. The show has all the watchers hooked when it first came out in August and now, all of us are bhakts, trapped in the deceit filled world of Kashipur Wale Baba Nirala.

Chapter 2 starts off from the very point where the first part ended and as the characters answer so many questions, the story always leaves space for new ones, making it difficult to miss even a single second.

While we binge-watched the 9-episodic series, there were many moments that stood out but here are the ones that made it to the top of the list:

1. Baba Takes Charge:

In Part 1 we saw Baba Nirala surround himself by yes men and people who would do his dirty work but that changed this time around. In Chapter 2, Bobby Deol¡¯s character takes charge and start making major decisions all by himself; do they work out? You will have to watch the show to know that.

2. Bhopa Swami¡¯s Ego Takes a Hit

Bhopa Swami has been one of the most ruthless characters of the show and when Baba Nirala starts calling the shots on his own, Bhopa¡¯s ego takes a hit and that was quite interesting to watch.

3. The Infiltration Of Kashipur Wale Baba¡¯s Aashram:

The one question that was left unanswered in Part 1 was based on Sub-Inspector Ujagar Singh and his plan to infiltrate the Aashram. Well, Prakash Jha made sure that we are given that exciting storyline in this Chapter. The moment we see them enter the Aashram and start their mission without a hitch is one of the most exciting moments on the series.

4. Drugs, Drugs & More Drugs:

Part 1 had dropped some major hints about drug use in the Aashram but the reveal that all the prasad is laden with drugs was mind-blowing. The whole scene where workers are mixing tons of drugs into the laddoos was so gripping and eye-opening at the same time.

5. Women Finally Take Control:

In this Chapter, the one thing that changed for good was the role women played in the story. Be it Pammi¡¯s fight for her career and later to find the truth behind her attack or Babita taking charge of the Aashram by owning her place next to Baba Nirala or the righteous postmortem specialist ¨C Dr Natasha who dedicates herself to get to the bottom of the truth. The women in this series seem to have a strong voice and that is in itself a win.
