Big injury on King set! Raghav Juyal hurts same leg post-surgery, still powers through shoot with Shah Rukh Khan
While filming a stunt for Shah Rukh Khan¡¯s film King, actor Raghav Juyal injured his leg ¡ª the same one that earlier underwent surgery. Despite being in pain, he refused to stop shooting. A medical team treated him on set and prescribed medication.

Raghav Juyal, who has been cast in a significant role in Shah Rukh Khan¡¯s upcoming film King, reportedly suffered a leg injury while shooting an action sequence. The shoot for the high-budget film had only begun a few days earlier when the incident occurred.
According to reports, the injury happened during a physically challenging stunt that pushed the Kill actor¡¯s endurance. Despite the setback, Juyal did not stop shooting, continuing with the schedule while managing the pain.
Previous knee surgery complicates the injury
As per a report by Bollywood Hungama, the injury affected the same leg in which Raghav had previously undergone knee surgery. After the stunt went wrong, an on-call medical team was immediately sent in to examine and treat him.
A source told the publication, ¡°He was in considerable pain. The doctors have prescribed a heavy dosage of medication to manage it.¡± Despite the doctor¡¯s intervention and the discomfort, Juyal carried on with his work commitments.
Actor continues shoot despite discomfort
The source also noted Raghav¡¯s refusal to pause the shoot despite the circumstances. ¡°Raghav¡¯s resilience is remarkable. Having had knee surgery in the past, most actors would have stepped back. But not him ¡ª whether it was Kill or now King, he¡¯s constantly pushing boundaries,¡± the source added.
His choice to remain on set and complete his scenes demonstrates his professional commitment, especially on a project as large in scale as King.
About the film and cast
Directed by Siddharth Anand, King is expected to be one of the most expensive productions in Bollywood history. Shah Rukh Khan will take on a role described as unlike any he has played before. The film also includes Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji, Abhishek Bachchan, Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Abhay Verma, and Saurabh Shukla in major roles.
King is slated for release between October and December 2026, with a wide theatrical rollout expected.
