The plot follows the Hayabusa No. 60 Shinkansen, a high-speed train heading toward Tokyo, thrown into chaos after a chilling phone threat.
A terrorist warns the Shinkansen Control Center that a bomb on board will explode if the train slows below 100 km/h.
With a massive ransom demand of 100 billion yen, the authorities scramble to outsmart the bomber and protect the lives of everyone on board.
