Set in Visakhapatnam, the narrative centers on Mettu Chandrashekar (Harsh Roshan), a 19-year-old from a modest background who sustains his family through various odd jobs. He develops a close bond with Jabilli (Sridevi Appala), a 17-year-old girl from a wealthy and influential family.
Their innocent friendship becomes contentious when Jabilli's uncle, Mangapathi (Sivaji), perceives it as a threat to the family's honor. Utilizing his influence, Mangapathi falsely accuses Chandrashekar under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, leading to a complex legal battle.
