Crazxy OTT Release Date: Sohum Shah, best known for Tumbbad, recently spearheaded this psychological thriller, which opened to mixed reviews. Released theatrically on 28th February, the Girish Kohli directorial had an underwhelming box office performance. However, it is ready to live a second life on OTT. Crazxy will be streaming on Amazon Prime Video starting April 25, 2025. The film was made available on rental earlier this month.

Crazxy¡¯s plot overview

A surgeon blamed for a patient¡¯s death is about to settle things quietly with the family. But just when he thinks it¡¯s almost over, he¡¯s hit with a painful choice - should he use the money to prove he's innocent, or pay a ransom to save the daughter he left behind years ago? With only an hour to decide, can he make the right call before it¡¯s too late?

Crazxy¡¯s review

The Times of India rated the film 4 out of 5, and a part of their review read, ¡°The relentless conflicts may feel like overkill at times, but the narrative is executed so deftly that plausibility takes a backseat to sheer cinematic rush. With its Tarantinoesque blend of tension, style, raw intensity, and a homage to Amitabh Bachchan, Crazxy pushes boundaries and is a must-watch for its bold storytelling and character study.¡±

Crazxy¡¯s cast and crew

Other than Sohum Shah, Crazxy also stars Tinnu Anand, Nimisha Sajayan, Shilpa Shukla, Piyush Mishra, Girish Kohli, Mukesh Shah, Amita Suresh Shah and Adesh Prasad among others. Cinematographed by Sunil Borkar and Kuldeep Mamania, the film is bankrolled by Sohum Shah, Mukesh Shah, Amita Shah and Adesh Prasad and co-produced by Ankit Jain under Sohum Shah Films.

Crazxy boasts a soundtrack composed by Vishal Bhardwaj, Laxmikant¨CPyarelal, The Red Kettle, Manan Bhardwaj, Khullar G, Yeah Proof, Harshavardhan Rameshwar and Osho Jain. Sanyukta Kaza and Rythem Lath has edited the film.
