Plot

The comic web series takes place in the Bihar village of Dhadakpur, which commemorates 25 years of crime-free living. A valuable motorcycle vanishes out of thin air. A frenzied quest is launched to locate it in time, with a wedding, a jubilee trophy, and local pride at risk.

Dupahiya stars Gajraj Rao, Renuka Shahane, Bhuvan Arora, Sparsh Shrivastava, Shivani Raghuvanshi and Yashpal Sharma.

The show, which is directed by Sonam Nair and written and produced by Avinash Dwivedi and Chirag Garg, was created and executive produced by Salona Bains Joshi and Shubh Shivdasani under the Bombay Film Cartel brand.

Gajraj Rao talks about Dupahiya

The actor who plays the bride's father, Banwari Jha, Gajraj Rao, said he was excited about the series. He revealed that he is genuinely excited to be involved with the Dupahiya initiative. He described Banwari Jha's position as a math instructor who, when it comes to his daughter's pleasure, puts aside numbers and does what he feels is right. Playing this role was a great experience, according to Rao.
