Exterritorial will take you through a mother's worst nightmare
At the center of the story is Sara, played by Jeanne Goursaud (Barbarians). She's a former elite soldier, trying to leave behind the trauma of war and build a new life in the U.S. with her son, Joshua. But during a routine appointment at the US consulate in Frankfurt, Joshua vanishes, and what¡¯s worse, everyone around her denies he was ever there.
Sara knows what she saw. She knows he was with her. But the rules are different in a place like this. The consulate is extraterritorial, a space where German police have no authority. Sara has no time to wait for help, and no one she can trust. So she goes back to what she knows best: using her military training to survive, fight, and search.

Other than Jeanne, Exterritorial also stars Dougray Scott, Lera Abova, Kayode Akinyemi, Annabelle Mandeng, Lara Babalola, Jeremy Schuetze, Samuel Tehrani, Kris Saddler and Nina Liu among others. This is directed by Christian Z¨¹bert, who also wrote the screenplay. Producer Kerstin Schmidbauer, along with Oliver Berben (Executive Producer) and Franziska Suppee, Verena Vogl, and G?tz Marx, have created a film that¡¯s as emotionally engaging as it is tense. The production was backed by Constantin Film and shot in Vienna, with support from FISAplus.
