Girl Haunts Boy OTT release date is set. Starring Peyton List and Michael Cimino, the romantic comedy is going to release on streaming platform Netflix in a few days. The film centers on Cole, a young man who is grieving the death of his father and finds peace in his friendship with Bea, a ghost who has lived in a house for more than a century. Girl Haunts Boy, which was going to release on HBO Max, will now be released on Netflix on 10th October 2024.
Originally due to be released as a two-part special on HBO MAX, B-Loved has been repackaged as a movie and will stream on Netflix US starting in October.

Plot
With the help of Bea, a ghost who has lived in a house for more than a century, Cole, a young man grieving the death of his father, finds solace in the company of Bea. As Peyton List and Michael Cimino portray the duo, they must overcome obstacles and eventually figure out how to lift an old curse.

Andrea Navedo who is known for, Jane the Virgin, Pheobe Holden, Brandon Michael Hall, Ethan Herschenfeld, and Shivani Mendez also star in the movie.Girl Haunts Boy, originally called B-Loved, is a 2022 film directed by Emily Ting (Tall Girl 2) and written by Cesar Vitale.
For the unversed, Netflix had no involvement whatsoever with the project. Originally titled B-Loved, the idea had received approval from Max, which was then known as HBO Max. It was also supposed to be a two-part television special event that would air on Max in time for Valentine's Day 2023, rather than a film. The reason behind the non-release of the special on Max in February 2023 is unknown.
