Arjun Sen, an NRI based in the USA, is facing a life-changing surgery while trying to stay positive about life.
Having undergone 20 surgeries due to laryngeal cancer, he now faces the cancer spreading to his colon and stomach.
As a single parent, he struggles with his complex relationship with his daughter, Reya, after his divorce.
Throughout this challenging time, Arjun is also dealing with Reya's struggles with growing up.
His frequent hospital visits and inability to open up about his condition create a growing distance between them.
