What is Jaat about?
The story is set in a coastal village in Andhra Pradesh and centers on Varadaraja Ranatunga (Randeep Hooda), a former laborer who discovers gold left behind by the Jaffana Tiger Force in Sri Lanka after their defeat in 2009. With this gold, he bribes his way into India and establishes a powerful criminal network in Motupalli, spreading fear and corruption among the locals.
The situation takes a turn when a mysterious stranger (Sunny Deol) shows up. Disturbed by Ranatunga¡¯s brutality, he chooses to resist and protect the villagers from oppression.
