Khauf ending explained
Did Nakul sexually assault Madhu?
Yes, he did and Madhu was right all along. Nakul had been stalking Madhu for years and wanted to be with her. He began sending her gifts and even gave her a phone, but he never revealed his identity. When Nakul felt that Madhu had insulted him, he sought revenge. Along with two of his friends, he sexually assaulted her.
Nakul eventually confessed to his crimes and made the decision to murder Madhu. However, when he attempted to kill her, a supernatural power took over Madhu. She ended up killing Nakul's friends and returned to the hostel.
Fast forward a few minutes, we see a baby being born and people getting killed. In the final moments of the show, we witness how Madhu - the girl everyone wanted out of the hostel - ends up killing the so-called doctor in a truly horrifying scene.

Did Nakul commit suicide?
We see Nakul at the end of the show getting married to Bela; however, things take a tragic turn for him. He starts seeing Madhu every few seconds at the venue, and it begins to torment his mind. Minutes later, we see him in his room, where Madhu appears right in front of him - or at least, that's what he sees. The next moment, we find Nakul¡¯s lifeless body. It appears he may have committed suicide¡ or was it the supernatural entity inside Madhu?
Will there be Khauf season 2?
Khauf ends on a rather interesting and unpredictable note. We see Madhu lying with her head down beside her boyfriend at the hospital. She suddenly looks up - as if Jeeva¡¯s ghost hasn¡¯t left or could it be something entirely new? The way the series wraps up suggests that the story isn¡¯t over yet. There might be a second season that reveals whether Jeeva¡¯s ghost is still lingering or perhaps it¡¯s not just about Jeeva anymore, but something else entirely that has taken over Madhu. Are more troubles on the way? We¡¯re left wondering.
