Nilavuku En Mel Ennadi Kobam (NEEK) OTT Release: Dhanush recently directed this Tamil coming-of-age drama which starred Pavish Narayan and Mathew Thomas in lead roles. Released theatrically on 21st February this year, the film is reportedly making its digital debut sooner than expected. According to a M9 News' report, Nilavuku En Mel Ennadi Kobam will be streaming on Amazon Prime Video starting March 21st following the 4-week OTT window.

Prabhu, a young chef, is in the midst of deciding whether to marry his schoolmate, Preethi. He¡¯s pushed into meeting her by his parents, and while they spend time together, the connection is light and natural, reflecting the more casual attitude today¡¯s youth have toward relationships. Just when Prabhu is about to make a decision, he gets an invitation to his ex-lover Nila's wedding.
Unsure about his feelings, he confides in Preethi, who encourages him to attend the wedding to see if he¡¯s truly moved on. So, Prabhu travels to Goa for Nila¡¯s wedding. As he spends time with his past love, he¡¯s torn between his old feelings for Nila and his current connection with Preethi. Will he rekindle his relationship with Nila, or will he choose to move forward with Preethi?

The Times of India rated the movie 3 out of 5 and a part of their review read, ¡°NEEK attempts to capture the frothy and even frivolous romantic (mis)adventures of the Gen Z kids. The chemistry between the two actors doesn't convey romance; worse, they have a brother-sister vibe. The lack of depth in the performances certainly stops us from feeling close to the characters and rooting for them. It's just that the film is likeable but stops short of being loveable.¡±
