Off Track Season 2 OTT Release Date: The much-awaited sequel to the hit Swedish drama-comedy is finally here, and it promises even more drama, love, and personal growth. Set against the backdrop of a challenging 200-mile-long bicycle race, Off Track Season 2 is all set to launch globally on Netflix on May 23, 2025.

Directed by M?rten Klingberg and produced by Josephine Wallner for Yellowbird Sweden, this second season picks up right where the first left off, diving deeper into the lives of Lisa and her loved ones as they embark on a new chapter.

In Off Track Season 1, we were introduced to Lisa (Katia Winter), a strong and determined woman who is juggling the complexities of life with her family and career. The first season revolved around Lisa¡¯s preparation for the V?tternrundan, a gruelling 200-mile bicycle race around the stunning Lake V?ttern in Sweden.

Along the way, she navigates her relationship with her boyfriend Anders (Fredrik Hallgren), her struggles with self-doubt, and her close-knit bond with her brother Daniel (Ulf Stenberg). Amidst the humour and the trials of training for the race, Lisa discovers that life doesn¡¯t just have a start and finish line; there are plenty of unexpected twists in between.

What to expect in Off Track Season 2?

In Off Track Season 2, Lisa is back, now living a sober family life with her daughter Elvira and her boyfriend Anders. With a renewed sense of stability, Lisa is determined to take on the V?tternrundan race again, this time alongside her brother Daniel. But as with everything in life, things are not as straightforward as they seem.

When Daniel¡¯s wife Klara (Rakel W?rml?nder) announces that she wants a divorce, Daniel, instead of confiding in Lisa, decides to team up with her to take on the race. This throws a wrench into Lisa¡¯s plans and makes her reconsider the decisions in her own life. Feeling unsure about her relationship with Anders and hesitant about taking the plunge into marriage, Lisa begins to flirt with an old ex, which only adds more confusion to her already complicated emotional landscape.

Meanwhile, Daniel and Klara are struggling to fix their relationship, and their path to reconciliation becomes just as winding both figuratively and literally as the race itself.

Meet the cast and crew of Off Track Season 2

Off Track Season 2 brings back the talented cast from the first season, with Katia Winter and Fredrik Hallgren returning as the leads. New faces join the drama this season, including Rakel W?rml?nder as Klara, Daniel¡¯s wife. Ulf Stenberg reprises his role as Daniel, Lisa¡¯s brother, while other key cast members include Alexander Karim, Claes M?nsson, and Sten Ljunggren.

M?rten Klingberg, who serves as both the director and one of the scriptwriters, continues to bring his signature humour and emotional storytelling to the series. Along with the writing team of Maria Karlsson and Christin Magdu, Off Track is produced by Josephine Wallner. The production team also includes executive producers Johannes Jensen, Elin Kvist, Jakob Feeney, and Malin Lancha.
