Padmavyuham lo Chakradhaari delves into the complexities of relationships set against the backdrop of Rayalaseema's rural life.
The narrative follows Chakri (played by Praveen Rajkumar), an IT professional residing in Hyderabad. He assists Sathya (Shashika Tickoo), a native of his village, in securing employment in the city, leading to a blossoming romance.
Unexpectedly, Sathya resigns and returns to their village, prompting Chakri to leave his job and pursue her.
With the help of his friend Srinu (Mahesh Vitta), Chakri navigates various challenges, including familial expectations and personal dilemmas, as he endeavours to win Sathya's heart.
The film also introduces Padma (Ashu Reddy), a school teacher entangled in her own set of complications, adding depth to the storyline.
