Aarti (Rekha), a modest but affluent widow, is unintentionally the victim of a plot to rob her of her life, family, and wealth. One of his employees murders her father. With the help of her closest friend, her husband's secret lover, the worker's nephew Sanjay (Kabir Bedi) courted and married her before throwing her into a lake full of crocodiles in an attempt to acquire his late wife's wealth.
