In the recently released Rafuchakkar trailer, Maniesh Paul was shown in a variety of roles, some of which required him to put on weight in order to resemble a pot-bellied, chubby middle-aged man, while others depicted him as a ripped, body builder. Maniesh followed a strict fitness routine and diet to grow and reduce weight successfully in four months so that he could nail each look.

Maniesh Paul abandoned all diet constraints and gorged himself on food for two months in order to gain 10 kg. After that, it required a demanding 2.5 months to not only reduce weight but also to develop muscles and a ripped body.
Talking about the same, Maniesh said according to Bollywood Hungama, ¡°I have always been a fitness enthusiast, although not a gym freak but I have been working for a healthy body. However, Rafuchakkar put me on a roller coaster ride of physical transformation. As I play a con-artist, I have five different looks and avatars. Shedding my fit-healthy body for one of the looks as Pawan Kumar Bawariya, I had to resemble an ordinary middle class and middle aged guy with a paunch, for which I gained 10 Kgs. For another look, I had to lose weight as well as gain muscles to play a gym trainer. As I had just finished Jugjugg Jeeyo, I had hardly four months to do these drastic changes.¡±

In the Rafuchakkar trailer, Maniesh Paul's portrayal of Prince, a con man, is followed through his journey. Maniesh has five different avatars, making him essentially unrecognisable in each one. Drama, suspense, and a tonne of fun are promised by the programme.
Maniesh Paul is elated about his digital debut and he told ANI, ¡°After Jugjugg Jeeyo, Rafuchakkar feels the right step as an actor. I love the challenge to push my boundaries and mould myself into different characters. And I have been fortunate enough to experiment with five characters in one for Rafuchakkar especially as it marks my digital debut as well."
Maniesh Paul pushed himself to show new sides of his talent in his OTT debut, Rafuchakkar, following a stunning performance in Jugjugg Jeeyo last year that won the actor a lot of accolades.
Maniesh Paul, Priya Bapat, and other actors star in the Ritam Shrivastava-directed film Rafuchakkar. Jio Cinema will start broadcasting it starting on June 15th, 2023.
