Sweet Dreams OTT Release Date: As the season of love approaches, Mithila Palkar and Amol Parashar are all set to headline a heartwarming and unforgettable romantic drama. The trailer has already won over viewers with its wholesome portrayal of millennial love. Directed by Victor Mukherjee, Sweet Dreams will be streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from January 24, 2025.
Sweet Dreams¡¯ plot summary
This romantic saga tells the story of Kenny (Amol Parashar) and Dia (Mithila Palkar), two individuals who share the same dream every night but never seem to meet in real life. The film produced by Jio Studios and Mango People Media invites viewers to join them on their quest to finally meet. The trailer teases the main dilemma - Will Kenny and Dia choose to chase their dreams or accept the reality they live in?
It shows them discussing their surreal experiences with friends and even a therapist (Faye D'souza), as they try to make sense of their lives. At its heart, Sweet Dreams revolves around Kenny who happens to be a 29-year-old recycling artist trying to move past a painful breakup, and Dia, an aspiring songwriter facing career uncertainty and relationship struggles. Their lives take a surprising turn when a viral meme connects their dreams.
