What is The Night Agent season 2 about?

Who all star in The Night Agent season 2?
Gabriel Basso, Luciane Buchanan, Amanda Warren, Arienne Mandi, and several others make up the cast. Shawn Ryan is the creator of the program. Ryan serves as the showrunner and executive producer through MiddKid Productions. How did The Night Agent season 1 end?
According to Netflix, things are literally getting better for Peter in the final moment of the finale. He is traveling by jet to his first night agent assignment; Night Action is the president's "off the books" operation that looks into issues that conventional intelligence services are unable to fully solve.
Peter's promotion is his prize for exposing a terrorist plot inside the White House and rescuing President Michelle Travers (Kari Matchett). The person who leads Peter across the tarmac prior to his high-flying (and spying) adventure is his love interest, Rose Larkin (Luciane Buchanan), a former Silicon Valley CEO.
