Uzumaki OTT release date is here. Japanese anime series Uzumaki is an animated version of the popular horror manga of the same name by Junji Ito. The series as a whole was directed by Hiroshi Nagahama.
Uzumaki OTT release date is fixed. Uzumaki is coming to the streaming service Netflix in a few days. It is based on the original graphic novel Uxumaki by Junji ITO published by Shogakukan Inc. In late September 2024, Uzumaki debuted on Adult Swim in the USA, and the next day, it was streamed on MAX. Uzumaki will be released on Netflix on 20th December 2024.
Plot
According to WhatsOnNetflix, Kirie Goshima, a high school student, lives in Kurouzu-cho, a sleepy little village where the locals are gradually becoming insane due to their increasing fixation with spiral forms. Kirie and her boyfriend, Shuichi Saito, see firsthand the devastating effects of the spiral curse on those around them, and their attempts to flee the village end tragically. There are four episodes in all for Uzumaki. The duration of each episode is twenty-five minutes.
Netflix describes the anime as, "Strange occurrences are happening in the town of Kurouzu-cho... Eyes are rolling, tongues are coiling, bodies twist unnaturally. Can anyone escape the curse of the spirals?"

Cast and crew
The entire series was directed by Hiroshi Nagahama. But there was a different director for each episode. The animation was produced by Adult Swim's in-house production studio, Williams Street, in collaboration with Production I.G. USA. Uki Satake, Shin-ichiro Miki, Mariya Ise, Toshio Furukawa, Mika Doi, Takashi Matsuyama, Katsutoshi Matsuzaki, Tatsumaru Tachibana, K?ichi T?chika, Ami Fukushima, Wataru Hatano, and others are included in the cast.
The release is currency for Asia and no word yet is out about the release in other countries.
